Who is Mary?

Mary Paul, President of Mary Paul, LLC has over 25 years of successful experience in team effectiveness and individual development including coaching, teambuilding, individual and team assessments, plus leadership training. In her career, Mary’s experience includes employment by Fortune 500 companies with iconic brands. As a former Director of Leadership Coaching, she has worked extensively with executives and managers at all levels and has significant experience in working with both management and union leadership.

Mary holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois and a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Evansville.
